The Atlantica, an 82-unit residential condominium on Revere Beach, was the first major new construction project on Revere Beach since the late 1980s. Its design is reminiscent of the traditional wood-framed beach homes that were de rigueur on Revere Beach Boulevard from the late 1800s to the middle of the 20th Century. This style of architecture is void of unnecessary ornamentation, enabling it to be a calming complement to the surrounding beach and surf. The Atlantica is a U-shaped building with a sizable courtyard leading from its front door to the street and beach. As a result, the vast majority of its 82 units have direct water views.
